With a diverse background spanning across tech, consumer packaged goods (CPG), and beauty industries, Urvashi has honed expertise in crafting effective social, brand, and creative strategies. Currently serving as a Senior Strategist at Barbarian, Urvashi plays a pivotal role in shaping global campaigns and social strategies for prominent clients such as Samsung and American Express. Prior to this, Urvashi held key roles at global agencies like 1000heads and The Glitch, where she contributed significantly to the success of brands including Snap, Noom, Google, Meta, Supercell, and Unilever’s Lakmé, Tresemmé, Magnum, St. Ives, and Pond’s.

Urvashi believes in crafting holistic strategies for brands that align with their business goals and their digital presence. Urvashi is passionate about developing innovative social media strategies, engaging content, and effective influencer partnerships. Her skill set also includes conducting insightful brand audits, analyzing consumer behavior, and staying ahead of industry trends to foster innovation. Key accomplishments include leading successful brand transformation initiatives, orchestrating impactful social media campaigns through directing photoshoots and videos, and driving substantial growth on Instagram for prominent brands.

Urvashi’s strategic contributions to the Lakmé Makeup Pro App led her agency to win two prestigious awards: a Blue Elephant at the Kyoorius Creative Awards for User Experience Design (UX), and a Silver at The Maddies for Best Mobile Apps. Additionally, her marketing efforts on the How She Made It podcast earned her team recognition with a Gold Listener’s Choice Award and a Bronze for the Education Category at The Signal Awards.
